- Consent State Records: Your cookie preference record maintained in local storage under
site_consent_v2for 12 months.
2. Your Statutory Data Protection Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction of residence, you possess specific actionable rights regarding your personal information:
Right to Access & Portability: You may request a machine-readable archive (structured CSV or JSON format) containing all personal data associated with your email address or telephone number.
Right to Rectification: If an institutional shipping address, catalog requisition note, or contact detail in our active archive is inaccurate, you may demand prompt factual correction.
Right to Erasure (Deletion): You may request the permanent destruction of all catalog correspondence, quotes, and chat histories, provided retention is not mandated by state tax or legal compliance statutes.
Non-Discrimination Guarantee: Bookshope will never alter catalog service fees, decline legitimate curation quotes, or provide degraded service because you chose to exercise your privacy rights.
